Very Light wear & use marks
Surface rust on pipes under heat shields
Comes with Original High Performance Air Filter & Vented Air Box
If you use the filter and cover you will need to use a fuel programmer if your ecm has not been upgraded for Stage 1 add on
Another option would be to buy the ecm that was on the bike - https://www.vicguy.com/Victory-Kingpin-Vegas-Engine-Control-Module4011450-p/4011450-kp18.htm , If you use the filter and cover then run it without doing one of these it will be lean on fuel, backfire and turn the pipes blue
